Upcoming Events

Toll the Bell Vigil Service
Jun 7 @ 12:30 PM, Annenberg Center
Join us for an interfaith service featuring several speakers including Penn's Rev. Charles (Chaz) Lattimore Howard, University Chaplain and Vice President for Social Equity & Community. Shortly after 1 PM, we will walk as a group to the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral.

Toll the Bell Sound Installation
Jun 7 @ 1 PM
To honor our fellow citizens who have lost their lives and raise awareness for those working to have a positive impact in our city, on June 7, National Gun Violence Awareness Day, there will be a prolonged period of bell ringing and other community-driven sound making at 20+ locations across Philadelphia. While this installation is city-wide, we welcome you to gather with fellow Philadelphians at these anchor sites, both open to the general public as a place for reflection:

West Philly - Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral (19 S. 38th Street)
The Cathedral will have an exhibition of the Souls Shot Portrait Project and offer advocacy letter writing.

North Philly - Mt. Tabor AME Church (961 N 7th Street)

Connect with us and all of Philadelphia while the bells are ringing. Tell us, in just one word, what do you feel while you hear the bells? Record a video or share a post with your word and use #tollthebell.
