Balance is an important aspect of our daily lives. However, most people don't think about it until they experience a fall, and balance actually begins to decline between the ages of 40 and 50. Pilobolus' Connecting with Balance workshop helps people of all ages reconnect with their bodies and environment. Exercises in mobility and balance will encourage participants to improve balance, think creatively and build community together. This one-hour Zoom class is free and open to all levels of ability with modifications and varying intensities to meet the needs of attendees. For this class, you will need a chair, a small can or plastic cup, a tennis ball (or other small ball) and a little open floor space.
