Led by MOMIX teaching artist and senior company member Heather Conn, this masterclass begins with a warm-up and transitions into MOMIX-inspired movement. There will be a brief opportunity at the end for Q&A and photos. The workshop is open to intermediate to advanced high school, university and post-graduate/professional dancers. Please wear comfortable dance attire and footwear.
This masterclass is free, but advanced registration is required. Your registration is a commitment to attend. If your plans change, please notify ctauser@upenn.edu so that your spot may be released for another student.

Artist Information
- Heather Conn
- Heather Conn is originally from New York and attended Long Island High School for the Arts as a dance major. She went on to earn a BFA in dance from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Heather is honored to have been part of the original cast and creative process of MOMIX’s show Alice, touring extensively throughout the world with the company. She also serves as a teaching artist for MOMIX, leading masterclasses across the United States. Additionally, Heather collaborates with the innovative Kansas City-based production company Quixotic Fusion and performs with TEN31 Productions as an installation artist at events. Heather is featured in the published photography book Dance Across the USA by Jonathan Givens, as a dancer representing the state of New York. She is a certified Yoga teacher, a certified Animal Flow® instructor, and an Essential Oil Specialist. Heather has a passion for healing and is an advocate for justice, wildlife, and the Earth. Heather joined MOMIX in 2018.
